Ang iyong EON Account. Ang iyong EON Account ay may kasamang EON Card na pwede mong gamitin para mag-transact. Ang EON Card ay kasama sa EON Starter Kit na mabibili mo sa aming mga Partner Outlets. Para sa listahan ng aming mga Partner Outlets, pumunta sa www.eonbankph.com.
Siguraduhin na pirmahan ang iyong card at mag-register para i-activate ito gamit ang EON App. Sa pag-register sa EON App, hihingin namin ang iyong kumpletong pangalan, contact information, at iba pang detalye na iyong pagkakakilanlan para mas makilala ka namin ng lubusan at magawa namin na protektahan ang iyong account.
Kapag activated na ang iyong card, ikaw ay magkakaroon ng EON Starter account na may maximum cash in limit na Php5,000 (Limang Libong Piso) na pwede mo lamang magamit sa pagbili online or sa mga tindahan gamit ang POS.
Ang iyong account ay maaaring ma-upgrade sa iba pang level ng EON Account gamit ang EON App. Kapag nag-request ka na ma-upgrade, pinapayagan mo kami na i-validate ang impormasyon na iyong ibinigay at ipa-verify ito sa tulong ng aming mga accredited partner agencies. Kami ay may karapatan na i-approve or tanggihan ang iyong request na mag-upgrade ng EON Account base sa resulta ng aming pagve-verify.
Pwede kang magkaroon ng higit sa isang (1) EON Account, pero hindi mo pwede i-request na ma-upgrade lahat sabay-sabay. Pwede ka lamang mag-request ng upgrade matapos ang anim (6) na buwan mula sa huli mong request na ma-upgrade. Ang mga kabuuang balance at cash in ng lahat ng iyong EON Accounts kapag idinagdag, ay hindi pwedeng lumagpas sa limit ng iyong EON Account na may pinakamataas na level. Lahat ng iyong EON Accounts ay napapailalim sa mga tuntuning ito.
Ang iba pang level ng EON Account ay may kani-kaniyang limits at karagdagang features. Para sa dagdag na kaalaman tungkol sa iba’t ibang EON Accounts, mga features, limits, at kung paano gamitin ang bawat isa, pumunta sa www.eonbankph.com.
Ang iyong Personal Identification Number (PIN). Ibibigay namin sa iyo ang iyong 6-digit Activation Code para sa iyong EON Card, at kailangan mo itong palitan kapag in-activate ang iyong card. Panatilihin itong confidential at HUWAG ibabahagi sa kahit sino man bilang ito rin ang iyong PIN para sa iyong mga card transactions. Maaari mo lamang palitan ang iyong PIN gamit ang mga available channels ng EON.
Ikaw lang dapat ang may alam ng iyong PIN. Ikaw ay responsible sa pagtatago nito at pati rin sa lahat ng mga transactions at inquiries na ginawa gamit ang iyong EON Account. Anumang transaction gamit ang iyong PIN ay nangangahulugang ikaw ang gumawa. Ikaw ay sumasang-ayon na ang UnionBank ay hindi mananagot sa anumang kawalan, pinsala, o pananagutan na maaring mangyari sa iyo bilang resulta ng paggamit ng iyong PIN.
Pag-access sa EON gamit ang mga available na channels. Maaari mong ma-access ang iyong EON Account gamit ang iyong mobile device sa pamamagitan ng EON App, at sa desktop browser gamit ang EON Internet Banking. Sa mga channels na ito, pwede mo ma-monitor ang iyong account, magbayad ng bills, bumili ng prepaid load, mag-transfer ng funds mula sa iyong EON Account, at i-lock at unlock ang iyong EON Card. Para sa dagdag na kaalaman para sa mga channels, pumunta sa www.eonbankph.com. Maaari namin i-suspend ang paggamit mo sa mga channels na ito kung may paglabag sa mga terms and conditions na namamahala sa paggamit ng mga nabanggit na channel.
Paggamit ng iyong EON Card. Depende sa features at limits ng iyong EON Account, pwede mong gamitin ang iyong EON Card pambili ng mga bagay o pambayad ng mga serbisyo kung saan man tinatanggap ang card. Pwede ka rin mag-withdraw ng cash sa kahit saang Bancnet ATM, maliban na lang kung ang iyong account ay isang EON Starter account. Hindi maaaring gamitin ang EON Starter account para sa cash withdrawal at encashment. Maliban dito, maaari mong gamitin ang iyong EON Card hangga’t ang iyong available balance ay sapat para sa iyong binabayaran.
Gusto namin na gamitin mo lagi ang iyong EON Card; pero para sa security, sumasang-ayon ka na maaari namin lagyan ng limit ang halaga o bilang ng transactions na pwede mong gawin, at tanggihan ang mga transactions na maaaring hindi authorized. Hindi namin magagarantiya na ang iyong EON Card ay palaging tatanggapin ng mga tindahan, kaya naman laging gumamit ng alternatibong paraan para magbayad.
Pagpondo sa iyong EON Account. Maglagay ng pondo sa iyong EON Account sa pamamagitan ng pag cash in gamit ang aming available channels o sa aming mga Partner Cash In Outlets. Maaari ka din makatanggap ng pondo mula sa ibang UnionBank accounts, PayPal, at iba pang local banks. Ang ilang cash in channels ay maaaring mag-require ng pre-enrollment o mga security codes bago ka maka-cash in.
Siguraduhing hindi pa lumalagpas sa iyong maximum cash in limit base sa level ng iyong EON Account at sa cash in limit ng iyong EON Account na may pinakamataas na level.
Pag-transfer ng pondo. Maaari kang mag-transfer ng pondo sa iba pang EON Account, UnionBank account, o ibang banko, basta’t hindi EON Starter and iyong EON Account. Maaari mo itong gawin gamit ang mga available channels. Siguraduhin mong sapat ang balance ng iyong account upang magawa ang fund transfer.
Pagbabayad ng bills. Maaari kang magbayad ng bills gamit ang iyong EON Account sa pamamagitan ng aming mga available channels basta’t sapat ang iyong balanse para sa halaga ng iyong binabayaran. Ipoproseso namin ang iyong bill payment base sa iyong mga instruction. Responsibilidad mong siguraduhin na ang tatanggap at ang halaga ng binabayaran ay tama at nasa tamang oras. Hindi kami mananagot sa iyo o sa iyong payee kung sakaling wala sa tamang oras ang pagbabayad mo, mali ang halaga, o di kaya’y mali ang pinadalahan ng bayad base sa iyong mga instruction. Wala kaming pananagutan dahil lamang sumunod kami sa iyong instructions.
Transaksyon gamit ang Foreign Currency. Ang iyong EON Account ay nasa Philippine Peso (PHP), ngunit pwede itong magamit para sa mga Foreign Currency transactions. Halimbawa, maaari mo itong gamitin para makatanggap ng kabayaran na nasa FCY mula sa PayPal, o di kaya bumili sa mga online stores sa ibang bansa. Kung ikaw ay nasa ibang bansa, maaari mong gamitin ang iyong EON Card para makapag-withdraw ng cash sa ATM na may minimal fee. May FCY conversion na maga-apply sa mga transaksyon na ito. Sumasang-ayon ka na wala kaming pananagutan sa kung anumang kawalan na maaaring mangyari dahil sa pagbabago ng palitan ng piso at wala din kaming pananagutan para sa anumang fees na maga-apply dahil sa naturang FCY.
Pag-renew o pagpalit ng iyong EON Card. Ang iyong EON Card ay valid mula sa petsa ng pagkakaloob nito hanggang sa huling araw ng buwan na nakalagay sa harap ng card (“Expiry Date”). Kung sakaling na-capture ang iyong card at hindi na maaaring makuha ulit sa ATM, o di kaya’y hindi mo na ito magamit dahil sa expiry, sira, o depekto; bumili lang ng bagong EON Starter Kit, at i-link ang EON Card sa iyong EON Account gamit ang aming mga available channels. Ibabalik namin sa iyong account ang bayad sa Partner Outlet kung pinalitan mo ang iyong card dahil sa expiry.
Sumasang-ayon ka sa aming karapatan na i-deactivate ang mga cards na lumalagpas sa mga allowable limits o i-terminate ang mga accounts na maaaring fraudulent or compromised, at hindi wala kaming pananagutan sa paggawa nito.
Pagreport ng iyong nawawalang EON Card. Ikaw ay responsable para sa iyong EON Card. Kung ito ay nawala or nanakaw, i-lock ito agad gamit ang lock and unlock feature ng aming mga available channels, at i-report ito sa EON Customer Support. Kapag iyong na-diskubre na nawawala o nanakaw ang iyong card, kailangan mong i-lock ito at i-report sa amin. Kung hindi mo magagawa ang mga bagay na ito, lahat ng charges ay ituturing naming valid at wasto para sa iyong account.
Pagmonitor ng iyong mga transaksyon. Maaari mong bantayan ang iyong mga transaksyon gamit ang aming available channels. Lahat ng transaksyon sa iyong account ay tinuturing na tama at na-authorize mo. Kung may hindi ayon sa mga ito, i-report ito agad sa EON Csutomer Support. Ituturing namin na valid at tama ang iyong mga transaksyon kung hindi kami makarinig sa iyo sa loob ng tatlumpung (30) araw mula sa petsa ng transaction.
Mga fees at limits. Ang ilang mga transaksyon gamit ang iyong EON Account ay may kabanggang fees na maaari naming singilin sa iyo. Halimbawa:

Ang mga limits per transaction ay mag-aapply depende sa iyong EON Account type. Para sa detalye ng aming fees and limits, pumunta sa www.eonbankph.com. Maaari namin palitan ang mga fees at limits sa anumang oras na walang kaungkulang abiso.
Pagterminate ng iyong EON Account. Maaari kang tumigil sa paggamit ng iyong EON Account sa anumang oras. Maaari ka din namin pigilan kung kinakailangan. Ngunit kung gagawin namin ito, ikaw ay aming sasabihan ayon sa nararapat.
Pagprotekta sa iyong EON Account. Lahat ay aming ginagawa upong masiguro ang seguridad ng iyong EON Account mula sa hindi authorized na paggamit at mga fraudulent transaction. Ngunit, hindi namin kayang pigilan ang mga pagkakataon na ikaw mismo ang nag-compromise ng iyong EON Account dahil sa pag-share ng sensitibon impormasyon gaya ng iyong account details at card information sa kahit sino.
Panatilihin ang iyong EON Account at card information na pribado at confidential. HUWAG i-share sa kahit kanino kagaya ng ibang tao, grupo, institution, o website. Hindi kami mananagot sa anumang kawalan, damage, o pananagutan dahil sa pag-share mo ng iyong information, maliban na lamang kung ang kawalan, damage, o pananagutan ay napatunayan sa tamang hukuman na nangyari dahil sa aming gross negligence or fraud.
Mga pagsunod sa batas. Ang iyong EON Account ay isang duly-authorized electronic money product base sa Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Circular 649 at ito ay sakop ng Anti-Money Laundering Law. Ito ay maaari lamang gamitin sa halaga nito, hindi ito kumikita ng interest o di kaya rewards at mga insentibong convertible to cash. Hindi rin ito maaaring mabili na may discount. Ito ay hindi isang deposit account at hindi ito insured sa PDIC. Ikaw ay pumapayag na sumunod sa mga batas na ito kapag ginagamit mo ang iyong EON Account. Kung hindi mo gagamitin ng tama ang iyong EON Account at ikaw ay lumabag sa mga batas para dito, sumasang-ayon ka na kami ay may karapatan na suspindihin or i-terminate ang iyong account.

Your EON Account. Your EON Account comes with an EON Card that you can use to transact. You can get your EON Card when you buy an EON Starter Kit from our Partner Outlets. To know who our Partner Outlets are, please go to www.eonbankph.com.
Make sure to sign your card and activate it by registering through the EON App. During registration, we will be asking you to provide us your full name, contact information, and other identification details that will help us get to know you better and enable us to better secure your account.
Once your card is activated, you will have an EON Starter account with a maximum cash in limit of Php5,000 (Five Thousand Pesos) that you may only use for online and in-store purchases.
Your account can be upgraded to other levels of EON Accounts via the EON App. When you request to be upgraded, you allow us to validate the information you have submitted to us and subject it to verification via our accredited partner agencies. We have the right to approve or decline your request to upgrade your EON Account based on the results of our verification.
You may have more than one (1) EON Account, and you may request for these to be upgraded one EON Account at a time. You may request for another upgrade after 6 months from the date of your last upgrade request. The balances and cash ins of all your EON Accounts when added, shall not exceed the limits of your EON Account with the highest level. All your EON Accounts are subject to these Terms of Use.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN). We will give you a 6-digit Activation Code for your EON Card, and you need to change this when you activate your card. Please keep this confidential and DO NOT share it with anyone as it will also serve as your PIN for your card transactions. You can only change your PIN through EON’s available channels.
Only you should know your PIN. You are responsible for keeping it safe and for all transactions and inquiries made using your EON Account. Any transaction made using your PIN is conclusively presumed to have been made by you. You agree to hold UnionBank free and harmless from any and all losses, damages or liabilities you may suffer as a result of the use of your PIN.
Accessing EON through available channels. You can access your EON Account via your mobile device through the EON App, and via desktop browser through EON Internet Banking. Through these channels, you can monitor your account, pay bills, buy prepaid load, transfer funds from your EON account, and lock and unlock your EON Card. You can learn more about these channels by visiting www.eonbankph.com. We reserve the right to suspend your use of these channels for violations of the terms and conditions governing the use of these channels.
Using your EON Card. Depending on the features and limits of your EON Account, you may use your EON Card to buy goods or pay for services wherever the card is accepted. You may also withdraw cash from any Bancnet ATM, except if your account is still an EON Starter account. Cash withdrawals and encashment are not allowed for EON Starter accounts. Other than that, you may use your EON Card as long as the balance available is sufficient for the payment being made.
We would like you to use your EON Card a lot; but for security reasons, you agree that we have the right to limit the amount or number of transactions you can make, and decline transactions which can possibly be unauthorized. We cannot guarantee that your EON Card will always be honored by all merchants, so please use an alternative payment method to settle your purchases. You agree to hold us free and harmless from any claim for damages as a result of the failure of any MasterCard/Visa-affiliated merchant to honor your EON Card. We are also not responsible for any defective product or service you have bought through your EON Card.
Funding your EON Account. Fund your EON Account by cashing in through our available channels or any of our Partner Cash In Outlets. You may also receive incoming funds from UnionBank accounts, PayPal, and other local banks. Some cash in channels may require pre-enrollment or security codes before allowing you to cash in.
Please make sure that you have not exceeded your maximum cash in limit as defined by the level of your EON Account, subject to the cash in limit of your EON Account with the highest level.
Transferring funds. As long as your account is not an EON Starter account, you may transfer funds to another EON Account, a UnionBank account, or other banks. You can only do this via our available channels. Please make sure that your balance is sufficient for the fund transfer to push through.
Paying bills. You can pay bills using your EON Account through any of our available channels as long as your balance is sufficient to cover the amount that you are paying. We will process your bill payment based on your instructions. You are responsible in making sure that the recipient and payment amount are correct and on time. We are not liable to you or your payee in case you paid late, made a mistake in the amount, or if payment was sent to the wrong payee pursuant to your instructions. You hold us free and harmless for all liabilities that may arise relating to our reliance on your instructions.
Transacting in Foreign Currency. Your EON Account is in Philippine Peso (PHP), but may be used for Foreign Currency (FCY) transactions. For example, you can use your EON Account to receive your FCY payments via PayPal, or to buy stuff from international online stores. When abroad, you can also use your EON Card to withdraw cash via ATM with a minimal fee. FCY conversion shall apply for these transactions. You agree that we are not liable for any loss you may incur due to any changes in exchange rate and we are likewise not liable for any fees which may be charged pursuant to the said FCY.
Renewing or replacing your EON Card. Your EON Card is valid from the date of its issuance or renewal up to the last day of the month indicated in front of the card (“Expiry Date”). If your card is captured and can no longer be claimed from the ATM, or in case you are unable to use it due to expiry, damage, or defect; just buy another EON Starter Kit, and link the EON Card to your EON Account through our available channels. Fee paid to Partner Outlet will be credited back to you if you replaced your card due to expiry.
You agree that we have the right to deactivate cards that exceed the allowable limits or terminate accounts which we may find to be fraudulent or compromised and that we shall not be held liable for doing so.
Reporting your lost EON Card. You are responsible for your EON Card. If it is lost or stolen, please lock it immediately via the lock and unlock feature of our available channels, and report to EON Customer Support. The Bank requires that upon discovery that your card has been lost or stolen, that you lock it and report it as lost. If you don't do both things, all charges are considered valid and for your account.
Monitoring your transactions. Keep track of transactions through our available channels. All transactions recorded on your account shall be considered correct and authorized by you. If you find any discrepancies, please report it immediately to EON Customer Support. We will consider your transactions valid if we do not hear from you within thirty (30) calendar days from transaction date.
Transaction fees and limits. We will charge you for some transactions using your EON Account such as the following:

At the same time, limits per transaction shall apply depending on your EON Account type. For a detailed summary of our fees and limits, please visit www.eonbankph.com. We have the right to change our fees and limits without prior notice.
Terminating your EON Account. You can stop using your EON Account at any time. We can also stop letting you use it when necessary. But if we do, we will give you notice when reasonably possible.
Protecting your EON Account. We apply security measures that protect your EON Account from unauthorized use and fraudulent transactions. However, we will not be able to control instances where you have compromised your EON Account by sharing sensitive data such as your account details and card information to anyone.
Please make sure to keep your EON Account and card information private and confidential. DO NOT share this to anyone else including other person/s, groups, institutions, or websites. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, penalties and liabilities of any kind incurred by you because you have shared your information, unless the damage, loss, or liability has been conclusively proven and adjudged with finality by the appropriate court to have been solely and directly caused by our gross negligence or fraud.
Compliance with existing laws. Your EON Account is a duly-authorized electronic money product as per Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Circular 649 and is covered by the Anti-Money Laundering Law. It may only be redeemed at face value, does not earn interest nor rewards and other similar incentives convertible to cash, nor be purchased at a discount. It is not considered a deposit account and is not insured with the PDIC. You agree to follow these laws when you use your EON Account. If you misuse your EON Account and violate the rules applicable to it, you agree that we have the right to suspend or terminate your account.
