How long does the online top up take?
All top up transactions are credited by EON to the merchant in real-time. Depending on the merchant, it may take up to 24 hours for your top up to be processed. If your transaction doesn’t push through within 24 hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
How safe is it to top up online with EON?
EON employs bank-grade security features to ensure a safe and secure way to top up your transport card. We use two-factor authentication (device registration and OTP) and comply with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations.
Why can’t I top up my transportation card?
Make sure you enter the correct top up amount and you have sufficient funds in your account for the transaction. If the transaction doesn't push through, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
